Citing foreign media 9to5Google reported that the “At a Glance” feature in the Pixel can once again display takeaway information, which had disappeared for a while, and now Google has added it back.
The Pixel’s “At a Glance” feature was introduced in August of this year with takeaway information and is enabled by default. But at the time, users reported that even when enabled, the feature didn’t work properly. A week after it went live, Google quietly removed the feature from the Pixel.
Now, Pixel users visiting “View more features” will see an option for “Food and household orders” for takeaway information. Pixel users can’t manually enable the delivery information display, which Google is supposed to send via a server-side update (version 13.45.11.29.arm64).
