Financial data show that Foxconn achieved a net profit of NT$39.9979 billion in the fourth quarter of 2022 (currently about RMB8.995 billion), up 3 percent sequentially and down 10 percent year-on-year.
Foxconn’s net profit in 2022 will be NT$141.483 billion (currently approximately RMB 31.834 billion), a year-on-year increase of 2%, a record high.
Looking forward to the first quarter of 2023, Foxconn said that if the first quarter of this year is compared with the fourth quarter of last year, consumer smart products, cloud network products, computer terminal products, and other component products will all decline. If the first quarter of this year is compared with the same period last year, consumer smart products will grow, cloud network products will be flat, and computer terminal products and other components will decline.
Looking forward to 2023, Foxconn said that this year’s performance will be the same as last year, and consumer smart products will decline, but cloud network products, computer terminal products, and other components will continue to grow.
