In addition to releasing updates such as iOS 16.4 / iPadOS 16.4 Developer Preview Beta 4 and macOS 13.3 Developer Preview Beta 4, Apple has also released a 16.4 Beta 4 firmware update for Studio Display with version number (20E52139b). This beta release comes a week after the Studio Display 16.4 Beta 3 beta release.
All Studio Display models are capable of receiving wireless firmware updates, but this firmware update is limited to Mac devices currently running macOS Ventura 13.3 Beta. Studio Display users running macOS Ventura 13.3 can go to System Settings > Software Update to install the firmware.
Apple has not yet provided details about what is included in the firmware update.
