Denza D9 to get OTA update: brings 3D ADAS upgrade, ICC intelligent cruise control, and more

Denza D9 in April 2022 debut, officially launched in August, the official guide price of 33.58-45.98 million yuan, providing DM-i super hybrid and pure electric 2 versions of 7 models, of which the DM version uses DM-i super hybrid technology, a comprehensive range of 1040km, the maximum pure electric range of 190km; EV power system based on e The EV powertrain is based on the e-Platform 3.0, with a maximum CLTC range of 600+km.

Denza said that the delivery of the EV version is expected to officially start in February. Before then, the Denza D9 will receive a major OTA update. According to BYD’s Zhao Changjiang, the OTA will bring a variety of feature updates to the Denza D9 in the first quarter of 2023.

ILCA Interactive Lane Change Assist

The system will assist the driver to change lanes actively. The system will alert the driver to take over the vehicle in the event of driver intervention or a threatening vehicle during a lane change.
LDA Lane Departure Assist

The system will alert the driver when the vehicle is unconsciously drifting out of its lane in the speed range to avoid or mitigate the risk of lane drift.
APA Automatic Parking

Search for a parking space: the vehicle can automatically search for up to 6 available parking spaces for the user to choose from

Self-selected parking space: you can select the type of parking space on the PAD screen and drag it to the parking space around the vehicle as the target parking space, which can support horizontal, vertical and diagonal parking space type selection.

Automatic parking: after selecting the target parking space, the vehicle will be automatically parked into the target parking space, supporting horizontal, vertical and diagonal parking modes.

Denza D9 is positioned as a medium to large high-end new energy MPV, with a new design language π-Motion, the overall dimensions are 5250/1960/1920mm in length, width and height, with a wheelbase of 3110mm, equipped with UWB keys to achieving 8 meters induction opening of the rear doors.
