Today Chery Automobile officially released a preview image of its new compact pure electric SUV-iCAR 03T. The new car adds an off-road-style exterior design based on the iCAR 03 and is scheduled to be officially displayed at the upcoming Beijing Auto Show.
It is noticed that the new car’s wider front apron makes the wheel arches of the car more prominent, showing a strong sense of strength. The newly designed front bumper looks stronger than the regular version, enhancing the vehicle’s wild atmosphere. The roof is not only equipped with a luggage rack, but also has a specially designed lighting strip, which provides good lighting conditions for the outdoor environment.
On the side of the body, the chassis of iCAR 03T has been raised compared to the regular version, and the suspension system is expected to be upgraded to provide better passability. In addition, the new car is also equipped with new black wheels and an off-road-style rear bumper, making the overall shape more wild.
In terms of power, referring to the regular version, single-motor and dual-motor versions are available. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 184 horsepower and a peak torque of 220 Nm; while the dual-motor four-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 279 horsepower and a peak torque of 385 Nm, with an acceleration time of 0-100km/h in only 6.5 seconds. The dual-motor version uses the iWD intelligent electric four-wheel drive system, which supports multiple driving modes to adapt to different driving needs. In terms of range, there are three options: 401 kilometers, 472 kilometers and 501 kilometers.
