BYD accelerates to enter European market, first batch delivery in fourth quarter 2022

According to BYD Auto’s official website, BYD recently announced that it will launch a number of new energy models for the European market, including BYD Tang, Han, and Yuan PLUS (locally named BYD ATTO 3). It was unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in October this year.

According to the report, BYD has reached cooperation with a number of European passenger car dealers, and a number of offline stores will open in autumn, with the first batch of vehicles expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of this year.

In August last year, BYD Tang EV Norway was launched and the first vehicle delivery event was held in Oslo, Norway, and in July this year, Tang EV achieved the first sales record in Norway 7-seater SUV market.

In terms of design, the BYD Tang EV that goes to Norway removes the Chinese character badge and Chinese seal script and replaces it with BYD’s traditional blue badge, which can better integrate into the European local area and match user habits.

It is reported that the 2021 version of the Tang EV is customized for local regulations and localized needs in Norway in terms of configuration, with a terminal price of 599,900 kroner (about RMB 389,000 yuan).

Up to now, BYD has sold more than 2.3 million new energy passenger vehicles worldwide, and its new energy vehicle footprint covers six continents, more than 70 countries and regions, and more than 400 cities.
