HP at this year’s CES has released a new E45c G5 monitor, with 44.5-inch dual QHD resolution specifications. According to BOE, this monitor uses its DQHD (5120 x 1440) ultra-wide curved panel.
BOE said the DQHD (5120 x 1440) ultra-wide curved panel can replace two 24-inch QHD monitors with one monitor, providing a wider field of view to meet different needs such as office and gaming.
This is a VA panel that offers a 165Hz refresh rate, 3ms G2G response time, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 400 nits brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 8-bit color depth, and a standard 99% sRGB color gamut. For connectivity, the monitor has 1 DisplayPort 1.4, 1 HDMI 2.1 and 1 USB Type-C (with DP Alt mode and 65W power output), plus an additional USB Type-C data connection, 4 USB ports and an RJ45 Ethernet port.
