Biostar announced today that it has released BIOS updates for X670E VALKYRIE, RACING B650EGTQ and B650M-SILVER motherboards to prevent the risk of damage to AMD Ryzen 7000X3D processors due to voltage problems.
According to reports, Biostar’s new BIOS update can prevent overvoltage and reduce the risk of damage to the 7000X3D series processors. Consumers can also adjust the PBO (Precision Boot Overclocking) parameters to limit voltage to ensure safety and provide the best performance.
It has previously been reported that when using voltage assist overclocking AMD Ryzen 7000X3D processors, it is possible to cause damage.
