The new generation of AYANEO 2S and GEEK 1S handhelds will be released in May this year and are expected to ship in mid-June. The official announced today that the new flagship handheld AYANEO 2S will be equipped with the highly anticipated AMD Ryzen 7 7840U processor.

The Ryzen 7 7840U doesn’t differ much from the higher TDP models, it’s mainly the power limitations that make the difference. It is said to be designed to operate in the 15W to 28W range, bringing new possibilities to Zen4 through next-generation lightweight systems.

According to previous reports, AYANEO 2S will continue the previous generation’s 7-inch borderless full screen and streamlined body design, equipped with a combination of Master universal handle, Hall rocker and Hall trigger.

The R7 7840U processor will be equipped with the latest Radeon 780M core display, 12CU RDNA3 architecture, and its performance will be improved compared to the previous generation 680M.

In addition, AYANEO’s new handheld will use “the first handheld three-copper tube heat dissipation module”, and the performance release should be improved. In other respects, the battery of this handheld will also be larger, the sound effect is expected to be improved, and the front-end AYASpace will also have more optimizations.
