According to the introduction, Huawei to create the advanced intelligent driving system ADS 2.0 (full name Advanced Driving System), which will further enhance the high-speed, urban and parking link perception, judgment, decision-making, and execution capabilities. Through multi-sensor fusion perception, ADS 2.0 can effectively identify overturned vehicles, falling rocks and other shaped obstacles, and slow down and brake to a stop.

In urban areas, ADS 2.0 can read road signs, traffic lights and other road elements even without high precision maps, and will be implemented in 45 mapless cities within this year.

High-speed NCA function will further improve the ability of on and off ramps, obstacle avoidance, construction road repair and other scenarios, making the average manual takeover mileage from 100km in HUAWEI ADS 1.0 to 200km.

For narrow parking spaces with a width margin greater than 0.4 meters, APA intelligent parking can be completed; for very narrow parking spaces with a width margin of fewer than 0.4 meters, RPA remote parking can also be used to achieve direct entry and exit.

At present, Avita’s high-speed NCA intelligent driving navigation assistance has covered 259 cities and 300,000 km of structured roads; it has opened the first batch of NCA intelligent driving navigation assistance in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou urban areas for the first large set of users to sign up for the fresh experience, and then will be pushed to more users in batches.

Up to now, the accumulated mileage of Aviata 11’s intelligent driving function has exceeded 1 million kilometres, and the accumulated number of calls for APA intelligent parking assistance has exceeded 220,000. As of early April, the overall delivery volume of Avita 11 exceeded 6,000 units.
