AIDA64 shows that the ROG Gaming Phone 6 Dimensity Ultimate Edition is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ Full Blooded Ashes Edition with an unprecedented 3.35GHz CPU, more powerful than the 3.2GHz Dimensity 9000+ used by the competition.

Not only that, but the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ Ultimate Edition also has an upgraded mega-core, with the CPU main frequency breaking through 3.0GHz to 3.2GHz, while the small core remains the same, at Cortex A510 1.8GHz.

In terms of scores, the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ Full Blooded Ashes Edition broke 1400 points in Geekbench 5 for single core and 4600 points for multi-core, surpassing the rival Snapdragon 8+ which scored around 1300 points for single core and 4300 points for multi-core.

It’s worth noting that this feature is not advertised on ROG’s part, and the official details page shows the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ still at 3.2GHz.

But judging from the score, the ROG Gaming Phone 6 MediaTek Dimensity Edition is undoubtedly the highest scoring CPU in the Android camp, making it the king of Android CPUs.
