ASUS has launched the new TUF Gaming AS1000 mobile hard drive globally, using USB-C 3.2 Gen 2×1 connection, compatible with PCs, laptops and the latest game consoles.
According to reports, TUF Gaming AS1000 has passed a series of rigorous durability tests, including the US military-grade MIL-STD-810H drop test and IP68 waterproof and dustproof test.
In terms of parameters, this mobile SSD uses a USB-C interface with a transfer speed of up to 10 Gbps, which is 10 times faster than a traditional external hard drive. In addition, it has a storage space of 1 TB. The aluminum alloy casing and internal thermal pad dissipate heat effectively, enabling stable data transmission and extending the lifespan of the SSD.
According to a previous report, the ASUS TUF GAMING mobile external hard disk box of the same model as the above-mentioned mobile SSD has been put on the shelves in China last year. The initial price is 299 CNY and the current price is 279 CNY. Users can install the SSD by themselves.
