Developer Steve Moser dug deep into the iOS 16.5 Beta 1 update Apple released, and found in the code that Apple is testing a new feature called “multi-view” for the Apple TV app, which can Support 4 screens live broadcasting at the same time.
Developers found relevant prompts such as “Remove a game first to add a new one” and “Check back later for more games” in the iOS 16.5 Beta 1 code.
The current Apple TV app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac supports picture-in-picture functionality, allowing users to continue watching video while browsing the web or performing other non-video tasks. And this new feature is similar to ESPN MultiCast, you can watch multiple games at the same time.
