In the iPhone 15 series, Apple plans to switch to the USB-C interface to comply with European regulatory requirements, tipster Unknownz21 shared on Twitter a spy photo purportedly of the iPhone 15 Pro, on showing the new USB-C interface.

The images, in addition to showing the iPhone 15 Pro’s USB-C interface, also confirm rumors that the new machine will feature a curved bezel design.

The rumors say that Apple will make some minor design updates to the iPhone 15 Pro’s body with a larger curved bezel design, in addition to a titanium material instead of stainless steel, and the brushed metal shown in the images does look like it could be titanium.

According to Unknownz21, Apple is planning to replace the E75 Lightning controller with the E85 port controller as it transitions to USB-C.

While the image shows an iPhone 15 Pro with a USB-C port, the port change will apply to the entire iPhone 15 lineup, including the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, as well as the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the design change will be limited to the iPhone 15 Pro model.
