Despite differences in processor, storage, camera, etc., each iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro model has the same 6GB of RAM. In July 2022, rumors that the iPhone 14 would use 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and the iPhone 14 Pro model would come with a newer and faster 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM proved, at least the currently known rumors about RAM capacity are true.

On Thursday, a report from MacRumors shared findings contained in data harvested from within the latest Xcode 14 test files, confirming the 6GB capacity, but the type of RAM will have to wait for a teardown report.
