Of course, the performance of the current test platform does not represent the final performance. He believes that R9 7940HS+DDR5-5600 dual-channel 32G 1Rx8 is currently the best combination under DDR5.
In terms of results, AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS scored 11343 points in 3DMark Time Spy, about 15-16% higher than Ryzen 9 6900HX.
If you only look at the performance of the core display, the performance of the Radeon 780M in 3DMark Time Spy Graphics is a little different, and the impact of both TDP and memory speed is obvious. The performance difference between the core display in 25W mode (2486 points) and 54W mode (2791 points) is about 12.3%, and if you use LPDDR5X-7500 (about 3000 points) memory, it will be 7.5% stronger than DDR5-5600 or so, but in fact the former is more power efficient.
For comparison, the current mainstream Radeon Vega 8 has a running score of about 1421 points, while the running score of the GTX 1050 Ti mobile graphics card is around 2345 points, and the RTX 2050 is around 3200 points. In the case of DDR5, the ankle of the RTX 2050 can already be touched, but it is only a nuclear display after all.
