AMD releases Ryzen 7045 series gaming processors: up to 16 cores and 32 threads

AMD today released the Ryzen 7045 series gaming processors, which have the same specifications as the Ryzen 7000 desktop series, with a maximum of 16 cores and 32 threads and a frequency of up to 5.4GHz.

The Ryzen 7045 series gaming processors use the Zen4 architecture, 5nm process, L2+L3 cache up to 80MB, and a maximum TDP of 55W.

According to AMD’s data, the multitasking processor of the Ryzen 7045 series gaming notebook processors has increased by 78% compared to the previous generation. In the game, R9 7945HX also has a significant performance improvement compared with the previous generation R9 6900HX. The frame rate of “League of Legends” can be increased by 62%, the frame rate of “CS: GO” can be increased by 45%, and the frame rate of “Far Cry 6” can be increased by 5%. up to 29%.

The Ryzen 7045 series of gaming notebooks will be available in February, and the first models include Alienware, ASUS, and Lenovo gaming notebooks.
