AMD multiple unreleased graphics cards revealed: RX 7500 to RX 7950 XTX

AMD open software platform ROCm 5.5 has been officially released, bringing better RDNA 3 support, HIP enhancements, new APIs, OpenMP enhancements and more.

According to WccfTech, the names of several of AMD’s tentative graphics cards appear in the Pull Request for ROCm 5.6.

As the above list shows, AMD will probably launch an upgraded RX 7950 series of cards for the RX 7900 series. The only model with Navi 32 is the RX 7800 XT. The desktop models with Navi 33 GPUs include the RX 7500 XT, 7600 XT and 7700 XT series.

During AMD’s recent earnings call, AMD confirmed that it will launch a new mainstream Radeon RX 7000 GPU based on the RDNA 3 architecture this quarter.

The latest news is that AMD will release the RX 7600 and RX 7700 graphics cards at Computex Taipei from May 24 to June 6, with no accurate news on the RX 7800 series release date yet.
