Recently, we learned from the BMW Group that the new pure electric version of the MINI COUNTRYMAN has officially rolled off the assembly line at the Leipzig factory in Germany. According to previous news, the new MINI COUNTRYMAN will still be sold in China, but there is no definite news on whether its electric version will be introduced at the same time.

A brief review of the appearance of the vehicle shows that the new MINI Countryman adopts a new style of front face. Although the grille is not large in size, the decoration on the outer frame enlarges the grille. The new car continues to adopt the design of a suspended roof, and the entire body size is further elongated. Compared with the previous generation model, there are obvious changes. Corresponding decorations are also added to the third row of windows.

In terms of power, the new car will use two power systems: single-motor front-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive. The former has a maximum power of 150 kW, a maximum torque of 250 N·m, and a WLTP operating range of 462 kilometers; the latter has a combined maximum power of 230 kW and peak torque. 494 N·m, with a cruising range of 433 kilometers under WLTP conditions.
