Even after having these records, the brand is planning to expand the advertising space in the iOS operating system in light to generate more profit.

Apple confirms that advertising space in iOS will be increased

Apple has now confirmed that it will increase the number of advertisements on iOS and encourage developers to purchase advertising space. According to reports, Apple sent an email to developers inviting them to an online meeting and encouraging them to purchase advertising space on iOS. When the holiday shopping season arrives this year, the company promises to provide new advertising space.

The holiday shopping season is coming nearer as we are heading towards the year’s end. The brand will expand the advertising space in iOS by this shopping season. At the moment, the majority of iOS advertisements are found in the App Store. Furthermore, there are primarily two places for ads: the search result page and the search tab. Apple did not specify the location of the new advertisements. Previous rumours suggested that there are two new advertisements, one under the Today tab on the APP Store’s homepage and the other under “You may also like” on the Apple product page. Apple’s iPhone users represent a billion-dollar market as well.

Apple’s revenue stream from software services has grown in recent years. In 2021, total revenue will be $68 billion. In recent years, the advertising space has become an important source of revenue for Apple. Only advertising revenue is expected to contribute $5 billion to Apple’s revenue in 2022. Without a doubt, advertising revenue is very high, and Apple requires more from its advertising space.
