The patent for “a camera module and electronic equipment” applied by Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd. was recently authorized.
Abstract shows that the present disclosure is about a camera module and electronic equipment, belonging to the field of electronic equipment technology, the camera module includes a connection frame and a plurality of lenses set in the connection frame, the connection frame includes a connection deformation part; when the camera module is not working, the connection deformation part is in the first form, the optical axes of each lens are parallel to each other, and the plurality of lenses are staggered; when the camera module is in the working state, the connection deformation part is in the second form, and the plurality of lenses are set laminated, and the optical axes of each lens overlap.
In this disclosure, connecting deformation parts are provided on the connecting frames of multiple lenses, and the relative positions between multiple lenses are changed by changing the shape of the connecting deformation parts. With the cascading configuration, a single camera module can be used to meet various shooting requirements. While ensuring the camera effect of the electronic device, the overall height of the camera module can be reduced, thereby effectively reducing the thickness of the electronic device.
It reminds of the Mi 12S Ultra concept machine, which can be connected to a Leica lens through an adapter ring (of course, it is not exactly the same as the above patent). The Mi 12S Ultra concept machine moves the ultra-wide-angle lens that was originally located in the middle of the camera module to the bottom. A 1-inch CMOS is placed in the middle, and the 1-inch CMOS main camera on the left is retained. Since the CMOS size is 1 inch, the original 50mm standard lens becomes 133mm after being converted to a Leica lens. In addition, the Mi 12S Ultra concept machine is also equipped with a professional mode with an external lens.
