The Redmi Note 12S has appeared in the US FCC certification database with the model number 2303CRA44. From the photo ID, it looks like it will have the same design as last year’s Redmi Note 11S, including a perforated screen and a matrix-shaped rear quad camera arrangement.

The FCC certification also shows that it will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and an infrared emitter. It will also be sold with a 67W charger, model number MDY-14-EU, which is different from the 33W charger that came with the Redmi Note 11S.

According to the news, the main parameters of this model are similar to those of the Note 11S, with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, the same MediaTek Helio G96 chip as the Note 11S, and a 5000mAh battery.

The processor is an 8-core design, including two 2.05GHz Cortex-A76 cores, LPDDR4x and UFS 2.2 support, HyperEngine 2.0 Lite gaming technology, and dual 4G support.

For reference, the Redmi Note 11S debuted at $249 and is currently available in the US for $200 (currently about RMB 1372).
