The Redmi Note 12 4G is expected to be launched to the global market by the end of March. Now, Sudhanshu Ambhore, a tipster, has posted renders of the Redmi Note 12 4G phone.

According to the leaked renders, the Redmi Note 12 4G phone looks similar to the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro Plus 5G phones that were launched in India earlier this year.

The design image shows the Redmi Note 12 4G with a straight-edge bezel design. There is a slight curve between the bezel and the rear panel, which helps provide a comfortable grip. The left side of the phone has a SIM slot. The right bezel has power and volume buttons.

The USB Type-C port, main speaker grille and microphone are located at the bottom. The top has an IR emitter and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the front, the Note 12 4G has a thick chin and fairly narrow side and top bezels.

The Note 12 4G will be available in three colours — grey, blue and green, Ambhore revealed.

The Redmi Note 12 4G will be powered by the Snapdragon 685 chip, an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 680 SoC with a peak frequency of 2.8GHz. It will be powered by 4GB of RAM and run on Android 13-based MIUI 14. (The Indian version of the Redmi Note 12 series was previously pre-installed with Android 12)

The Redmi Note 12 4G will come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and possible 120Hz refresh rate support. Features a 13MP front-facing camera. Rear 50MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and 2MP depth/macro sensor. Built-in 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
