Xiaomi announced that it will launch Redmi Fire TV in India on March 14, the brand’s first smart TV with Amazon Fire OS, rather than the regular Android TV.
According to the official preview, the TV comes with Amazon Fire OS 7, measures 32 inches, has a metal bezel-less design, has bottom speakers, supports AirPlay / Miracast, and also connects to dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0.
In addition, the TV has Alexa and Amazon’s voice assistant) button on the remote control, and will also have quick launch buttons for Prime Video, Netflix and Amazon Music.
The exact price of the Redmi Fire TV has not been revealed yet, and other display parameters are yet to be further revealed.
