Based on previous news, Xiaomi officially announced the recruitment of range-extended system design and development engineers. Therefore, we speculate that future models code-named “Kunlun” may be equipped with a range-extended system. According to the job description in the recruitment notice, the extended-range system design and development engineer will be responsible for the design, development and test verification of the extended-range system; responsible for promoting the detailed design and engineering development of components within the extended-range system; responsible for supplier R&D capabilities and solutions review, assist the supply chain in completing the fixed point; be responsible for pushing suppliers to complete the development, verification, acceptance, etc. of extended range systems as required; and be responsible for research on cutting-edge technology of extended range system products, benchmark industry leading products, and regularly form resource pool analysis reports wait.
It is understood that Xiaomi SU7, which has previously released application drawings, has now entered the fifth stage of production line verification (PT5). It is mass production. Therefore, we predict that Xiaomi cars will not be able to meet us until next year at the earliest, and will be officially launched in the first half of the year.

As a review, Xiaomi SU7 was designed by Mr. Li Tianyuan, the designer of BMW iX. The car applies popular elements in the design level, making the whole car simple and sporty.
