It is understood that the “Master Portrait” function first appeared on the Xiaomi Mi 14 Ultra mobile phone. The phone is equipped with the Xiaomi Portrait LM large portrait model and supports 4K 60fps continuous zoom (0.5~15x, front-facing), 4K 120fps (1x) high frame rate slow Action, full-focus 8K 30fps (0.5/1/2/3.2/5x) video shooting; by adding AI portrait large models, AI neck wrinkle removal, AI skin color unification, AI whitening teeth and other functions can be realized.
As for “Xiaomi AISP”, it is upgraded from Xiaomi Imaging Brain and is claimed to be the first AI large-model computational photography platform. It goes deep into the hardware layer through Xiaomi ThePaper OS and fully integrates CPU, GPU, NPU and ISP with a computing power of up to 60TOPS. According to previous reports, the official launched ULTRA RAW super film at the Xiaomi 14 Ultra conference, which supports up to 16bit linear color depth and up to 16EV dynamic range. It has also been calibrated by Adobe laboratories and supports PS and LR workflows.
In addition, AISP also has the ULTRA SNAP “super capture” function, which supports the full algorithm to capture 150 photos.
