Xiaomi is likely to unveil its flagship phones, the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, in China next week. Both devices are expected to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, which will be officially introduced at the 2023 Snapdragon Summit. A new leak from Chinese tipster Panda is Bald has revealed the color options for these phones.
Xiaomi 14 series color options
For the Xiaomi 14, the color choices include black, white, pink, and green. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 14 Pro will be available in black, white, and green variants. Both phones will offer configurations with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, indicating that Xiaomi is not planning to offer a 24 GB RAM option for the Xiaomi 14 series.
It is worth noting that the Xiaomi 14 series will mark a significant shift for the company. These smartphones will be the first from Xiaomi to incorporate their proprietary HyperOS, departing from the familiar MIUI interface
Furthermore, Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 series will be equipped with the Leica Summilux lenses, renowned for their exceptional image quality. This represents an upgrade over the Leica Summicron lenses utilized in previous Xiaomi flagship models such as the Xiaomi 12 and 13 series, as well as the experimental Xiaomi 12S Ultra concept phone. The use of Leica Summilux lenses is expected to deliver even higher quality photography and imaging capabilities on the Xiaomi 14 series.
