Xiaomi founder, chairman and CEO Lei Jun said today through social media, Xiaomi 13 currently has no plans to do a half-generation upgrade version, and said “we do not have to wait for Xiaomi 13S”.
Xiaomi 13 series was released in December last year, including Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro models.
The Xiaomi 13 features a 6.36-inch quadruple equilateral flexible straight screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 4500mAh battery, 67W wired fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging, and 10W reverse charging.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro features a 6.73-inch AMOLED dual-curved display, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, a 4820mAh battery, and support for 120W fast charging.
In addition, Xiaomi will launch Xiaomi 13 series phones for the global market during MWC 2023 on February 26, which is expected to include Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi 13 Lite 5G.
