Xiaomi 12T Pro’s 200MP camera confirmed via leaked live image

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 and Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro, as well as the Redmi K50 Ultra smartphone, was just recently formally unveiled in China. We are currently learning more about the product’s release overseas. According to rumours, it will debut across the globe as the Xiaomi 12T Pro, with small tweaks made here and there. The device’s 200MP camera has now been exposed online.

Known publication Phonandroid has shared a live image of the Xiaomi 12T Pro’s camera bump. The Redmi K50 Ultra, which was just released, shares a similar camera bump with the smartphone, which has been rumoured to be a rebranded version of it. The leaked image confirms the presence of three different camera lenses along with dual LED light. There’s also 200MP text inscribed on the camera island which confirms that the device will have a 200-megapixels primary lens.

We have been getting leaks regarding the presence of a 200-megapixel camera sensor on the upcoming Xiaomi 12T Pro. That has now been further supported through the latest leak of a live image. It has also been reported that the brand will use a Samsung S5KHP1 200-megapixels sensor. The device is expected to launch soon in the global markets, most probably, by next month itself.

Redmi K50 Ultra; specifications

The Redmi K50 Ultra has an upgraded 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel supplied by China’s TCL CSOT and Tianma with a pixel resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels, 120Hz high refresh rate, 1920Hz PWM dimming, Dolby Atmos support, 100 per cent DCI P3 colour gamut, and HDR10+ certification. The brand has further provided the support of Adaptive HDR and 12-bit colour depth. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset coupled with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage.
