Wuling Motors today launched the Wuling E5 pure electric sedan, which can be regarded as the online car-hailing version of Wuling Starlight, priced from 159,800 RMB.
The car is available in 410 km and 510 km versions, with official guide prices of 159,800 RMB and 169,800 RMB respectively.
For reference, the Wuling Starlight Co-creation Edition pure electric model is available in two configurations: 410 standard and 510 advanced, priced at 99,800 RMB and 109,800 RMB respectively.
It is found that the configurations of the two models are basically the same. They are equipped with a single-motor drive system with a maximum power of 100 kilowatts. They are equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs with two capacities of 41.9 kilowatt hours and 54.3 kilowatt hours. The length, width and height of the vehicle are respectively 483518601515mm, with a wheelbase of 2800mm.
The car’s standard configuration includes automatic LED headlights, built-in door handles, 17-inch rims, rain-sensing automatic wipers and electric heated exterior mirrors. It also supports Bluetooth key function, and high-end models also provide 18-inch rims.
The car is also equipped with two floating screens, an 8.8-inch digital LED screen and a 15.6-inch central touch display. There are two USB ports in the front and rear rows, with a maximum charging power of 20 watts. In addition, the vehicle is also equipped with practical features such as 6-way electric adjustment of the main driver’s seat, six rear air outlets and ISOFIX child safety seat interface.
