Recently, Volkswagen released a set of official photos of the ID.3 GTX. The new car is positioned as a compact hatchback and is a high-performance version of the Volkswagen ID.3. It is equipped with a rear single motor. The maximum power of the ID.3 GTX is 286 horsepower and the ID.3 GTX Performance is 326. horsepower, WLTP pure electric cruising range is about 600km.

From the appearance, the lower enclosure of the new car adopts a new shape and has a trapezoidal air inlet design. The air guides on both sides incorporate boomerang-style LED daytime running lights to further enhance the sporty feel. Other aspects remain the same as the regular version of the Volkswagen ID.3, which is still equipped with a closed grille and through-type LED light strips.

From the side of the car body, the new car is equipped with 20-inch two-color five-spoke wheels exclusive to the GTX model. The roof is blackened to give the car a lower visual effect. In addition, there is an exclusive GTX logo under the rearview mirror. Looking at the rear of the car, the new car is equipped with a blackened rear surround and a diamond grid design, which echoes the front of the car. It is matched with a black rear spoiler to further reflect its sporty attributes.

Coming to the car, the new car is equipped with a flat-bottomed three-spoke steering wheel. The shape is consistent with the regular version of ID.3, but exclusive red stitching and GTX logo are added. The 12.9-inch central control screen is also equipped with a GTX red theme display interface. The new car is equipped with sports-style seats, the surface is designed with genuine leather + suede stitching, with red piping and GTX exclusive logo, further enhancing the combat atmosphere in the car.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a rear single motor. The ID.3 GTX has a maximum power of 286 horsepower, an acceleration time of 0-100km/h in 6.0 seconds, and a top speed of 178km/h. ID.3 GTX Performance has a maximum power of 326 horsepower, an acceleration time of 0-100km/h in 5.6 seconds, and a top speed of 200km/h. Both cars are equipped with a lithium battery with a capacity of 79kWh, which has a fast charging function and can charge from 10% to 80% in 26 minutes. The WLTP pure electric cruising range is about 600km.
