The Dimensity 9300 processor uses TSMC’s new generation 4nm process and has 22.7 billion transistors. The CPU uses 1× 3.25GHz Cortex-X4 + 3× 2.85GHz Cortex-X4 + 4× 2.0GHz A720 architecture. Officials claim that compared to the previous generation Dimensity 9200, performance is improved by 15% under the same energy consumption, and multi-core peak performance is improved by 40%. Dimensity 9300 also uses a new generation of flagship 12-core Immortalis-G720 MC12 1300MHz GPU, equipped with MediaTek’s second-generation hardware ray tracing engine.
