The Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra smartphone was unveiled at MWC 2024. It is equipped with the Dimensity 8020 processor and supports 5G and satellite communications.
In the past six months, satellite communication functions have appeared on more and more models, and now they have become a major selling point of each flagship phone. Ulefone, a niche mobile phone brand in China that focuses on three-proof functions, has also launched a mobile phone product that supports satellite communications – Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra.
The configuration of Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra as follows:
Camera: Uses a circular four-camera lens module with a built-in 50-megapixel lens (Samsung S5KGN1), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens (Hynix Hi5022Q) and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, supporting 117° ultra-wide angle For shooting and 3.2x optical zoom, the machine is also equipped with a 64-megapixel night vision lens (OmniVision OV64B1B).
Performance: Equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 8020 processor, using LPDDR4X, UFS3.1 flash memory, supporting up to 12G memory and 512G storage.
Screen: It uses a 6.78-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2460, a PPI of 396, and supports 120hz high refresh rate.
Battery life: Built-in 5280mAh battery, supports 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
Others: The machine uses side fingerprints, has a body size of 177.4×81.5×12.75mm, weighs 232g, and has passed IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certifications.
The machine uses the Bullitt Satellite Connect service and supports sending emergency calls through Skylo two-way satellite communication technology. It is priced at US$529.99 for 12+512GB (Note: currently about 3816 RMB).
It is noticed that this MWC 2024 is not the debut of Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra. Last year, an Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra appeared at MWC 2023 that also supports satellite communications. Although the two models have the same name, some configurations are different.
According to the official introduction, Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra (2023) uses a 6.67-inch 1080P AMOLED screen, supports 120hz refresh rate and under-screen fingerprint unlocking; the processor is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 platform; the rear matrix three cameras each use one 100-megapixel main camera, 64-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens; equipped with a 7000mAh battery and 120W charging.
