Two flagship sedans from Denza unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show

Zhao Changjiang, general manager of BYD Denza Sales Division, said in a recent interview with Chedi that after launching the 2024 Denza D9 at the beginning of this month and the 2024 Denza N7 at the end of this month, after Two flagship sedans will be launched on the occasion of the Beijing Auto Show.

Zhao Changjiang also mentioned that Denza N7 will launch a 550km pure electric version, which will have a lower price than the 702km model currently on sale to satisfy different groups of people.

Prior to this, spy photos of one of the “flagship sedans” mentioned by Zhao Changjiang have been exposed online one after another. According to previous reports, the car has a relatively flat body, low ground clearance, and adopts the popular frameless doors and hidden door handles of new energy vehicles. The front face of the car is equipped with sharp and slender headlights, combined with a flat body design, giving the car an overall sporty feel. At the rear of the car, due to the tight camouflage of this new car, the taillight design cannot be observed yet.

During the “2024 Denza Auto User Communication Day” event held on February 1, Zhao Changjiang announced that Denza will also launch three flagship models, claiming to set a “new benchmark for luxury” in new energy vehicles. It is reported that in addition to the two flagship sedans, the other model is a full-size SUV.

According to the February sales results released by BYD yesterday, Denza sold 4,598 units that month, with a total of 13,666 units. The sales volume of each of its models is as follows:

Denza D9: 4219 units, total 12720 units

Denza N7: 294 units, total 614 units

Denza N8: 85 units, total 332 units
