According to sources, TSMC has also begun to dispatch engineers to the Zhuke R&D plant to prepare for the pre-preparation work for the 2nm trial production. It is expected to convene a R&D team of more than 1,000 people to lead the global mass production at Zhuke Baoshan Wafer Fab 20. 2nm. According to public information, TSMC’s most advanced 2nm production base in the future will first settle in Zhuke Baoshan Wafer 20 Factory.
