According to the website of the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, on November 24, the GNSS Signal Quality Evaluation Center of the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences received real-time data from overseas comprehensive monitoring stations and began to provide Beidou users with Beidou three. The comprehensive evaluation service of real-time monitoring of satellite navigation signals, timing performance, and orbital performance of Beidou-3 marks the completion and operation of the first overseas comprehensive monitoring station of Beidou-3.

The overseas integrated monitoring station is located in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. During the construction period, the relevant staff arrived at the site on October 28 and carried out various tasks, including confirmation of the site equipment, antenna installation, equipment installation in the server room, power commissioning of the server room equipment, power commissioning of the antenna and domestic and international system interconnection, etc. The comprehensive monitoring station completed the real-time return transmission of overseas monitoring data on November 24, and the evaluation result reached the design requirements.

In addition, the National Timing Center said that the completion of the Minsk overseas integrated monitoring station will further supplement the real-time monitoring network of the Beidou-3 navigation signal, improve the global monitoring of the Beidou-3 system, and play a role in building “One Belt, One Road” international cooperation platform.
