Since its release on November 22, 2019, it was originally planned to start mass production of the Cybertruck by the end of 2021. Previously, due to midway revisions and related supply chain issues, the release was delayed many times. Recently, Tesla said that Cybertruck will finally be officially released in September this year. This news is undoubtedly exciting news for consumers who are eagerly looking forward to Cybertruck.

Tesla said it has urged suppliers to prepare for a production scale of 375,000 vehicles per year, and the first production line has been built at Tesla’s Texas Gigafactory.

So far, the cumulative order of Tesla Cybertruck has reached 1.5 million units. According to the calculation of 375,000 units announced by Tesla, this means that customers who book later will have to wait at least another four years before delivery can be completed.

As early as the beginning of this year, North American netizens took photos of the test car in the road test. Although the new car still maintains the angular body line shape of the concept car unveiled before, the details are slightly different from the concept car unveiled before.

In addition to being equipped with exterior mirrors, the new car is also smaller in size, the front windshield is equipped with huge wipers, and the shape of the headlights has also been re-adjusted.

Although Cybertruck’s launch journey has experienced some ups and downs, interest in the unique electric pickup remains strong as plans progress and final mass production approaches. Tesla also stated that it will continue to promote the production of Cybertruck to meet the growing market demand.
