Tecno Phantom V Flip is expected to launch soon. Ahead of the launch, the aramid carbon fibre design for Tecno’s first flip phone has appeared on a retailer site. The listing has added several images of the case, which give a nice look at the design of the Phantom V Flip.

The new images show that the Tecno Phantom V Flip has a round camera module with a circular cover screen inside. It has a dual-camera setup and an LED flash on the back, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and a foldable screen with a centred punch-hole. The device will take on the likes of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Oppo Find N3 in the global market.

According to reports, the Tecno Phantom V Flip is set to sport a foldable AMOLED screen measuring 6.75 inches. This screen boasts an FHD+ resolution, a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will feature a circular cover screen with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels for quick access. To ensure security, the device will incorporate a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

The camera setup on the Phantom V Flip includes a 32-megapixel front camera for high-quality selfies. On the rear, it will house a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide snapper. Operating on Android 13 with HiOS 13, it promises a smooth and up-to-date user experience.

Powering the Phantom V Flip is the Dimensity 8050 chipset, complemented by 8 GB of RAM and a generous 256 GB of internal storage. The device is expected to feature a robust 4,000mAh dual-cell battery, supporting rapid 66W fast charging.
