TCL CSOT has successfully developed OLED technology for wearable devices

TCL Huaxing announced that it has successfully developed advanced OLED wearable technology suitable for wearable devices, with an 83% high screen-to-body ratio and a 570% increase in the mechanical strength of the screen.

TCL CSOT OLED wearable technology uses low-temperature injection molding to fill the Bending R area of the screen body and fit the surrounding back-shaped middle frame, reducing the black border area of the screen from 3.1mm to 1.65mm, achieving a screen-to-body ratio of up to 83%.

TCL CSOT OLED wearable technology can not only narrow the black border of the screen through low-temperature injection molding process, but also increase the pendulum inertia of the screen body to about 570%, which greatly reduces the screen failure problem that may be caused by the screen being hit hard by foreign objects. The related structure diagram of IT Home is as follows:

At present, TCL CSOT OLED wearable technology has completed mass production and development, which will bring a new user experience of wearable devices.
