The official AnTuTu article said that a new model number “V2229A” was found in the background, and judging from the configuration information, it is most likely the upcoming Vivo X Fold+ flagship. It is said to be equipped with the most powerful Snapdragon 8+ processor in Android and equipped with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage space, which is currently the first echelon of the entire Android camp.

Thanks to its powerful hardware base, this Vivo X Fold+ got a total score of 1.1 million points.

According to the previous Android performance ranking announced by AnTuTu for August, the machine kills the gaming phone camp with its folding screen form factor and can be ranked third in performance level, a proper top flagship and also the most powerful performance folding screen.

Specifically, the Vivo X Fold+ has a CPU score of 260,666, a GPU score of 470,982, a MEM score of 189,709 and a UX score of 179,081.

However, the machine is also more than just a powerful performer, it also brings some innovative breakthroughs, as Jia Jindong, Vice President of Vivo Brand and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, revealed in a long post on Weibo a few days ago last night.

According to the article, the X Fold and this time the X Fold+ have solved the problem of folding like never before, with an aerospace-grade floating wing worry-free hinge innovation that has passed the test of 300,000 folding cycles certified by Rheinland, perfectly overcoming the problem of lasting durability of folding screens

This time, the X Fold+ also upgrades the fast charging to 80w wired and 50w wireless and also squeezes in some more space to increase the battery by another 130 mAh to 4730 mAh.

Today, the blogger Panda very baldly hinted that Vivo’s next generation folding screen X Fold+ will debut on September 26, which will be the most powerful folding screen model in China. And competitor Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 comparison, Vivo X Fold+ is also Snapdragon 8 + flagship processor, performance are the first echelon.

But Vivo X Fold+ is equipped with dual screen fingerprint recognition, using an ultrasonic solution, compared to the side fingerprint solution on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, the former is a better experience and more costly.

Vivo X Fold+ is in the network, the veiled photo has not been announced

It is reported that the ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint is to scan the user’s finger by emitting ultrasonic waves from the bottom fingerprint module, using the reflection of the fingerprint on the ultrasonic waves to establish a 3D image, which can identify the 3D details and unique fingerprint features that cannot be identified by traditional fingerprint technology.

Including fingerprint ridges and sweat pores, etc., it can produce a detailed and difficult to imitate fingerprint surface map, which greatly improves security.

In addition, the recognition area of the ultrasonic fingerprint is larger than that of the optical fingerprint, with the recognition area reaching 11.1 times that of traditional fingerprint recognition. Ultrasonic fingerprint recognition can be easily unlocked even when there is water on the screen or water on the finger, no slower than the optical fingerprint.

It is worth noting that Vivo X Fold+ is also equipped with a self-researched hinge called aerospace-grade floating wing hinge, which uses six aerospace-grade materials such as liquid metal zirconium alloy, F53 aerospace high-strength steel and carbon fiber plate, which can make the hinge better flatness, lighter weight and more resistant to external impacts.

At present Vivo X Fold + has already obtained the entry permit, the model number is V2229A, this folding screen is likely to be officially announced next week.
