Sony Xperia’s new product global launch will be held today at 15:00, is expected to bring Xperia 5 IV or pro-i2 and other new products, the slogan for “inspiration to go with, exquisite with the line”.

Today, Evan Blass and 91mobiles have released a render of the Xperia 5 IV.

As you can see from the picture, Sony Xperia 5 IV may adopt the usual design style of the series, equipped with a rear triple camera and Zeiss logo, the front camera on the left side, there are no major changes in appearance. The camera is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack on top, a dedicated camera button on the right side and an NFC logo on the back.

The three images below show the three colorways of the Xperia 5 IV renders, which have been certified by the FCC, and the certification information shows that the new phone is 155.74 mm in height and 67.1 mm in width. This is a bit shorter and narrower than last year’s Xperia 5 III, which was 157 mm and 68 mm respectively, so the new model will have a more compact body.

In addition, the Xperia 5 IV’s screen is listed at 153.5 mm diagonally, which is exactly 6.04 inches, slightly shorter than the Xperia 5 III’s 6.1-inch panel.

The Xperia 5 IV will also come with a USB-C port for charging and data transfer, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. The listing also confirms that the new model supports NFC and wireless charging, the latter of which was not supported on the three previous Xperia 5 models.

The machine has appeared in Geekbench scores, comes with 8GB of RAM, and is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor instead of the latest Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1, judging by the large core 3.0GHz, medium core 2.5GHz, and small core 1.79GHz.
