According to previous reports, Sony will launch a new APS-C format E-mount camera in early summer.

Reliable sources say this will be a new high-end model. The new product may be the A6700, with a body similar to the size of the A6600, equipped with the same 26Mp sensor as the FX30; it may also be the A7000, with a larger body and similar features to the A1.

Foreign media have reported that Sony A7C II (ILCE-7CM2) may be released in 2023, there are rumors that the A7C Mark II will be equipped with a full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor of 33 megapixels on the same level as the A7 IV, using the BIONZ XR image processor supplemented by AI processor, standard sensitivity range ISO 100-51200, support for 5-axis body stabilization, support for the latest Real-time Tracking focus tracking, and continuous shooting speeds of up to 10fps.
