Synology has released the DiskStation DS723+ NAS. According to officials, this product is aimed at home work spaces and small business users.
The official website of Synology that the DiskStation DS723+ NAS is equipped with an AMD dual-core processor Ryzen R1600, equipped with 2GB DDR4 ECC memory, and supports up to 32GB memory. This NAS has two hard disk bays, interfaces include RJ-45 1GbE, USB 3.2 Gen 1 and eSATA, and supports the installation of PCIe Gen3 x2 expansion cards.
According to Synology, DS723+ is very suitable for professional teams and small businesses who are ready to step into centralized storage. When more capacity is needed, DS723+ can also be used with DX517 expansion unit to expand to 7 hard drives. In addition, users can choose to upgrade performance through the built-in PCIe slot, adding 10GbE connection and M.2 NVMe SSD hard drive.
