Synology launches WRX560 Wi-Fi 6 router: with 2.5G WAN / LAN ports

Synology is now launching a router – WRX560, which is part of the RT6600ax flagship product series with very luxurious parameters. The WRX560 is priced at US$219.99 (about RMB1566).

The router is available in Asia only in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan, where it is priced at NT$6,899 (about RMB1,580), HKD1,890 (about RMB1,718) and JPY36,100 (about RMB1,841) after taxes.

The WRX560 features a gray and black polygonal machine, drill-cut style, no external antenna, and a total Wi-Fi 6 rate of up to 3000Mbps (600+2400).

The WRX560 features a quad-core 1.4 GHz processor and 512MB of RAM, a maximum capacity of 150 units, dual 2.5G WAN/LAN ports, three Gigabit LAN ports, additional compatibility with one Gigabit WAN port, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 x 1 (5V, 0.9A) interface.

In addition, the router runs SRM system, can mesh with other Synology routers, and complies with the roaming standard IEEE 802.11k/v/r.

Other aspects of this router include support for Safe Access software, which can be set up remotely by cell phones and others, as well as parental mode, web filtering, traffic monitoring, guest mode, network tracking, and virtual private network hosting services.
