Support for four models in the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T series is terminated

OnePlus overseas community has made an official announcement that supports for the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T series will be terminated and no more updates will be pushed to the above models.

OnePlus has not opened a new post about the announcement, but only edited the content of previous posts about the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T series. The four models in the series are still using the old system update strategy of two major Android updates and an additional 1 year of security updates, with the last version received by the four models being OxygenOS 12 MP3.

The OnePlus 7 series was launched in May 2019, including the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro models, and the overseas models are equipped with the Oxygen OS 9 system. The OnePlus 7T series was launched in October 2019, including two models, the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro, and the overseas models are equipped with the Oxygen OS 10 system.
