At the same time, the market demand for ultra-luxury personalized customization services has reached a new high. The Bentley brand provides customers with 46 billion standard configuration combinations, but there are still about three-quarters of customers who, in addition to the standard configuration combinations, choose additional customized services provided by Bentley’s personalized customization department MULLINER. Demand increased by 45% year-on-year, which shows the strong demand for customized services in the ultra-luxury car market.

Specifically, the sales proportion of models such as Yadu Edition, S Edition and Extreme Edition will increase from 30% in 2022 to 70%. The sales performance of the Bentley Bentayga Long Wheelbase also exceeded expectations in its first full year of sales, accounting for more than one-third of the total sales of the Bentley Bentayga range.

Bentley’s plug-in hybrid models continue to be favored by customers. The performance of the British market is particularly outstanding. Officials said that a quarter of the customers who purchased the Bentley Flying Spur and Bentayga chose their plug-in hybrid versions.

As the market demand for SUV models continues to grow, Bentayga remains the best-selling model of the Bentley brand, accounting for 44% of Bentley’s total sales. In addition, the Continental GT and Continental GT Convertible are still attractive in the market, and their combined sales account for 31% of Bentley’s total sales. The Bentley Flying Spur accounts for 25% of Bentley’s total global sales.

In terms of market segments, the Americas still maintain the position of the Bentley brand’s largest regional market in the world. As the home market of the Bentley brand, the UK’s plug-in hybrid model sales will account for 27% of the UK’s total sales in 2023, ranking first among all markets in the world.
