South Korea’s 5th Apple Store Opens, Apple Officially Shares Opening

The 5th Apple Store in Korea, located in Gangnam District, Seoul, officially opened yesterday, and Apple issued a press release sharing several pictures showing the grand opening.

Gangnam-gu is a district in Seoul, South Korea, and is a major business district in the city, attracting many multinational companies to set up offices there. Apple’s first store in South Korea opened in January 2018, followed by three more in Yeouido, Myeongdong and Jamsil, all in Seoul.

Apple’s retail store in Seoul’s Gangnam district will have about 150 employees who speak not only Korean but also Chinese, English and other languages to help customers find and explore Apple products, accessories and more in the store.
