Sources say Canon will release three new RF system lenses within the year

Canon this week released the RF 10-20mm f/4L IS STM ultra-wide-angle zoom lens, which is expected to go on sale in late October.

According to CanonRumors, Canon will also launch more RF lenses this year, including an RF L red circle lens and two RF-S lenses. However, detailed specifications have not yet been announced, and more news is expected next month.

Canon’s just-launched RF 10-20mm f/4L IS STM ultra-wide-angle zoom lens. This lens supports 5 levels of anti-shake, uses a 9-blade circular aperture, and has a constant maximum aperture of F4. The minimum focusing distance is about 25 cm. When used with an APS-C format model, it is approximately equivalent to a 16-32mm focal length angle of view. It is the classic focal length of wide-angle zoom lenses.

This lens uses an optical structure of 16 elements in 12 groups, including 1 UD aspherical lens, 2 UD lenses, 2 aspherical lenses, 1 super UD lens, and uses SWC sub-wavelength structural coating (2 sides) , ASC coating (2 sides), effectively suppresses glare and ghosting that are prone to occur with wide-angle lenses.
