Sony’s studio: currently working on remaking first-party classic games

In the current generation of new games on the first party, Sony seems to “pendulum”. According to foreign media Wccftch, Sony’s studio Nixxes is working on developing remastered versions of first-party classics, which can really be described as PS3 era release of the original version, PS4 era release of HD remastered version, PS5 era release of a more HD remastered version, by the way, and then landed on the PC platform.

It is reported that Coen Frauenfelder, the chief engineer of Sony’s studio Nixxes, revealed that Sony is now shifting more energy to the remake of the existing Sony first-party classic IP. Previously, Nixxes Studio has released several PC ports for PlayStation.

Speaking about their future plans, lead engineer Coen Frauenfelder also said, “We will be delivering more high-quality PC ports to PlayStation Studios, as well as remastering more and more classic 3A titles.”

The company is currently working on the port of “Ricky and Tinker Bell: Time Skip”, which will be released on PC on July 26. The game will be available for PC on July 26.
