Some users report that the Google Pixel Watch encounters a delay in the alarm clock ringing

0

The wearable device alarm clock is very sensitive, the user will feel the wrist in vibration. Some Google Pixel Watch watch user’s feedback, set the alarm clock will be delayed a few minutes to “ring”.

The most common issue involves alarms powered by the Google Clock app on Pixel Watch. Delay times ranged from 1 minute to less than 10 minutes, with fewer users reporting alarms firing a few minutes earlier. This doesn’t seem to be an ongoing or daily problem but happens suddenly.

These scenarios usually involve getting out of bed in the morning. As a result, the Google Pixel Watch was previously in sleep mode or inactive. The issue may be related to the device being in deep sleep. Not expected to be related to a specific software update. But Google officials have not yet responded.

The Google Pixel Watch also lacks Smart Wake on Fitbit, a feature that “attempts to find the best time to start waking up 30 minutes before the alarm time set by the user. Wakes the user up, so the user is more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake up, the alarm clock will remind you of the set time.”
